1] Touch screen or remote control:

With a touch screen or remote control, you can call a meeting using Virtual Reception or by direct dialing the meeting address. Follow the next steps for this method.

  • If there is no SIP option, go to the link More joining options.
  • In the new pop-up window, select Third-party systems and add the SIP endpoint address in the format [email protected].

In case, the video system is registered on the Pexip Service or it is a trusted device, the device is directly added to the meeting. In other cases, the device will be explicitly added to the meeting room. The meeting participants can decide whether to allow or deny access. This option is available for all.

2] Pexip mobile app:

To join using Pexip mobile app, the user should have an endpoint subscription.

Download and install the Pexip mobile app, allowing the app to read the calendar to accept meeting invites.

To join a meeting with Video Tele-conferencing (VTC), you can join from a list of VTCs or scan QR codes to join the meeting.

To join from a list of VTCs, go to Pexip mobile app on your phone and select your meeting from the Meetings tab. You can then choose the Video system and the VTC system that you want. You can then join the call to the VTC room on the touch screen or remote control.
