How Together Mode in Microsoft Teams works?

With Microsoft Teams Artificial Intelligence tools in action, the filter slices out the portion of your face, creating an avatar. This face cut-out is then pasted in the virtual background of your team’s view. The avatars then interact with other participants and carry out actions like high-fives, shoulder taps or other celebratory gestures.

  1. Log in your Microsoft Teams account.
  2. Click Profile picture to access Profile menu.
  3. Choose the Settings option.
  4. Scroll down to General tab.
  5. Check the Turn on new meeting experience box.
  6. Start a group call
  7. Choose Menu and select Together mode option from the drop-down menu.
  8. Wait for everyone to appear seated on a chair.

Make sure your Microsoft Teams is updated and running the latest version.
