C:Program Files (x86)Mozilla Firefox C:Program FilesMozilla Firefox
Open Windows Explorer and check which of the above paths contains the Firefox .exe file. I found the .exe file of Firefox at the latter path on my laptop.
Now, go to the Create Shortcut window and click on the Browse button. After that, select the Firefox .exe file from your computer. To make it simple, click on the address bar of File Explorer and copy the path where the Firefox .exe file is located. After that, paste the path in the required field in the Create Shortcut window. After pasting the path, type firefox.exe.
Do note that the complete path should be in quotations. If not, add inverted commas to the start and end of the path. Now, go to the tab in Firefox in which you have opened Google Calendar and copy the URL. Return to the Create Shortcut window and paste the copied URL preceded by -url.
After performing the above steps, your complete path should look like this:
"C:Program FilesMozilla Firefoxfirefox.exe" -url https://calendar.google.com/calendar/u/0/r
Do note that in the above path, there is a space before and after -url. Now, click Next, enter the name Google Calendar and click Finish. After that, the Google Calendar desktop shortcut will be created for Firefox. But, it has the icon of Firefox. You have to do one more step to change its icon from Firefox to Google Calendar.
